During the practices I am opening the space for transition from doing into being, from destruction into concentration and presence, from pain into relief, from suppression to release and expression, from numbness to awareness and aliveness.

I am personally deeply connected with wilderness and committed to create a more sustainable and harmonious world. I advocate drawing inspiration from the wonders of nature and live tuned with natural rhythms.
